Jo Klingberg has left her role as sales business development manager at the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST) to join NGS Super.
She would be responsible for leading the national business development team at the industry super fund.
With more than 20 years' experience in financial services and superannuation, Klingberg’s resume recently included two years at AIST, one year at CareSuper, and over three years at Rest Super.
She previously held roles in Hostplus, AMP Corporate Superannuation and its advisory arm Genesys Wealth Advisors, and ANZ.
NGS Super was the leading industry super fund for the community and education sectors, managing more than $13 billion for its 121,000 members.
With the merger between Mine Super and TWUSuper in its late stages, the head of the soon-to-be combined fund is the latest to join ASFA’s board.
The fund has announced new additions to its trustee board.
Brighter Super has confirmed an executive search is underway to succeed its long-serving chief financial officer Garnett Hollier.
The research house has hired an experienced product specialist for its Australasian team.
