SuperConcepts has added CoreLogic PropertyHub to its Connected Services portal for all SuperMate software trustees and self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) administration clients.
The new integration would enable SMSF trustees to set up a PropertyHub account and quickly access property valuations and reports, and create a CoreLogic account inside the connected services portal.
SuperConcepts’ chief technology officer, Kurt Groeneveld, said this would be a huge help for SMSF trustees with property in their fund, as it needs valuations for compliance every three years.
“If an SMSF is looking to invest in property it means they no longer have to go to real estate agents or google manually, they can get valuations directly from the Connected Services portal,” he said.
CoreLogic’s client director of banking and finance, Jonathan Hawkins, said the integration was a great opportunity for two industry leaders to make compliance issues easy for SMSFs.
