Former general manager, customer operations and underwriting at TAL Life, David Campbell, has joined MetLife Australia as chief operating officer and a member of the Australian Leadership Team.
Prior to his role at TAL Life, Campbell held a variety of executive roles over his ten years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and CommInsure.
Acting chief executive officer of MetLife, Vince Watt, said Campbell’s experience managing large-scale transformation would enable him to contribute to the insurer’s efforts to “reimagine the future of claims and underwriting”.
“David will be integral to realising our vision of providing Australians with the fastest, easiest, and most caring life insurance experience,” he said.
