DST Global Solutions has expanded its Anova team with the appointments of Adam Ratner as sales director for Australia and New Zealand and Di Buijs as sales director for Asia.

Both Ratner and Buijs will drive the sales and marketing strategy across the Asia-Pacific, based in Sydney and Hong Kong respectively.

Ratner will report to regional head of business development, Australia and New Zealand, Rhys Octigan.

Ratner was previously responsible for leading new business development at investment data and analytics provider eVestment.

Buijs - who most recently led Verizon's strategy and sales development across Asia - will report to regional head of business development, Asia, Fran Thompson.

Octigan said he expects strong demand for investment data management tools this year due to increased regulatory compliance from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.

The additions of Ratner and Buijs will help to meet this demand and support the DST team in developing the Anova business pipeline, he added.
