Edstein joins REST board

Retail industry fund REST has appointed legal veteran John Edstein to its board.

The super fund announced this week that Edstein would be joining the REST board as an employer-nominated director.

Edstein was a partner for more than 20 years at national law firms Mallesons Stephen Jaques and subsequently King & Wood Mallesons where he practised extensively in superannuation and trust law. He is also a former member (and now emeritus member) of the Law Council of Australia Superannuation Committee.
