Investment advisory firm Frontier Advisors has announced the appointment of Ernst and Young's Melinda He as an analyst.
He, who assisted superannuation funds with tax advice at Ernst and Young, will start her role at Frontier next month.
The firm also announced it has promoted consultant Justine O'Connell to senior consultant, bringing the consultant team to ten, including director of consulting Fiona Trafford-Walker.
O'Connell joined Frontier in 2005 before leaving to join Watson Wyatt in London. She re-joined Frontier in 2010 as a consultant, working in client advice and manager research roles, focusing on fixed interest and cash.
The firm also promoted Tony Singh to associate consultant. Singh specialises in advice and research around listed and unlisted property, and joined the firm in 2011.
Frontier CEO Damian Moloney said while the market for good investment and consulting staff has been scarce, high quality people are out there.
The $340 billion fund has welcomed three senior investment executives to its London office as it continues to internalise the management of international equities, its single largest asset allocation.
The fund has hired a former ART executive as its new head of group strategy.
The sovereign wealth fund has revealed six internal hires to support the execution of key strategies.
The fund has announced the departure of a second senior executive in as many months, with its chief member officer to finish up mid-December.
