Local Government Super has announced the appointment of Daniel Musson as chief of people and transformation, and Brett Dolling as chief experience officer.
Musson has an extensive background in financial services, with previous roles at Westpac, Bank of Queensland and BT Financial Services. He was also the CEO of the Australian Institute of Management.
Dolling joins LGS with significant industry super experience, having been the general manager of client engagement with MTAA Super for the last seven years.
LGS’ CEO, David Smith, said the appointments were joining the executive team as the fund embarks on the implementation of its long-term growth strategy.
With the merger between Mine Super and TWUSuper in its late stages, the head of the soon-to-be combined fund is the latest to join ASFA’s board.
The fund has announced new additions to its trustee board.
Brighter Super has confirmed an executive search is underway to succeed its long-serving chief financial officer Garnett Hollier.
The research house has hired an experienced product specialist for its Australasian team.
