The parent company of Australian Administration Services, Link Group has announced key management changes.
The company announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) today that its joint chief executive officer of corporate markets, David Geddes would be retiring at the end of August.
The announcement said the other joint chief executive officer of corporate markets, Paul Gardiner would be assuming overall responsibility for the business unit and working with Geddes over the next six months to ensure a smooth transition.
The company also announced that Janine Rolfe had been appointed as general counsel effective from 1 May and would also be appointed company secretary, Link Group, a role to be held jointly with the existing company secretary, John Hawkins.
Rolfe is a former company secretary and legal counsel at Qantas Airways and in 2006 established Link Group’s consulting arm, Company Matters.
