NGS Super has partnered with financial services platform, PractiFI, in a bid to transform the industry super fund's operating technology.

NGS Super chief executive office, Anthony Rodwell-Ball, said PractiFI would enable NGS Super to see their employer and member records in a single view, so they could respond to clients' needs more efficiency.

"PractiFI will have a massive impact on our efficiency and the services we offer," he said.

Rodwell-Ball said the new platform also ensured that NGS Super could also deliver better member experiences.

PractiFI co-founder, Adrian Johnston, said PractiFI was pleased to partner with the industry super fund as they underwent a technological transformation.
