Sunsuper appoints Georgina Williams to board

Sunsuper has appointed financial services industry veteran Georgina Williams as a director, replacing Theresa Moltoni as one of the three Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland selections on the board.

Williams would bring 25 years’ experience in the banking and superannuation industries to the role, including executive roles at Australian Super, the Bank of Melbourne and NAB. She also currently served as a non-executive director of Reece Ltd and Lifestyle Communities Ltd.

Sunsuper chair Andrew Fraser said that at a time of unprecedented growth for the fund, Williams’ extensive experience across multiple fields of expertise would be of great benefit.
