SuperRatings has expanded its actuarial team by appointing Rachael Povah as general manager of consulting, and Minjie Shen as consulting manager.
Povah has 20 years’ experience in superannuation and employee benefits consulting, with previous roles at Mercer and Aon, and in her new role would utilise the research house’s data to identify growth opportunities for super funds and their members.
Shen joined the team with experience advising government, corporate trustees and employers at PwC and Mercer.
Executive director, Kirby Rappell, said Shen and Povah’s depth of experience in product design, insurance pricing, and merger and acquisitions due diligence would enable SuperRatings to deliver a “full service offering” to the super industry.
