VicSuper adds to exec team

VicSuper has moved to strengthen its leadership team, appointing Martin Vassallo as chief risk officer and Jo McKennariey as executive manager, people experience.

Vassallo would oversee the risk and compliance teams, bringing experience as chief risk officer for Tandem Corporation and FIS Global, Asia Pacific to the role. McKennariey commenced her role late last month, and would focus on building a diverse, inclusive and robust team at the fund.

“Martin and Jo’s depth of skills and experience significantly strengthens our existing executive team and enhances our capacity to deliver great outcomes for our members,” VicSuper chief executive, Michael Dundon, said upon announcing the appointments.
